      Outbound Calling/Appointments

      This is the process to make outbound calls to book appointments

      1. In HubSpot Locate the Client
      2. Select the Clients profile
      3. Under Playbooks, click on lead follow-up ScriptUnder Playbooks Click on Lead Follow-up Script
      4. Add responses to each of the questions listedAdd responses to each of the questions listed
      5. Select the outcome of the call i.e., connectedSelect the outcome for the call i.e., Connected
      6. Mandatory - Always include a follow-up taskMandatory - Always include a follow-up task
      7. Click Log Call to saveClick on Log Call to save
